Program Description

Sparkle SMS provides customer communication and follow-up messaging services on behalf of home service businesses, including pest control companies. Customers who contact participating businesses and consent to receive SMS communications may receive follow-up messages related to service inquiries, scheduling, appointment reminders, and customer support.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Customers may receive up to 3 follow-up messages related to a service inquiry or communication event.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
